On the 1901 census, Jane's younger sister Alice Brunger is staying as a visitor with Jane's son Norman ("son of head" of household)and daughter Jane jr at 41 Middle Wall. If you are looking on Ancestry, Philpot (sic -- as per the enumeration page) is mis-indexed as "Chilpor". The surname Brunger is mis-rendered as "Bronger" too. I'll take a look at some online records and post again if I can explain anything for you -- might just be a clerical error though!
