1962 Whitstable Times article. To make way for a new extension at Whitstable's parish church, All Saints', some old headstones had to be moved. Details are noted of the oldest ones.
1967 - The Central Area Plan. Another plan to modernise and invigorate the town centre is buried. We record the council meeting that saw it lose the will to live and comment on why it was part of the cause of Whitstable's popularity today.
